I'm Haley Spencer, the founder and lead designer behind HAS Design Studio. Based in Green, Ohio and serving all of Northeast Ohio, I help homeowners, realtors, and builders show their properties at their absolute best — staging homes that sell faster and styling rooms that real families actually want to live in.

My work blends transitional warmth with modern farmhouse ease: cream and ivory bases, matte-black grounding, vintage-patterned rugs, and one perfect cool accent in every room. Every project starts with a walkthrough and ends with a space that photographs beautifully on the MLS and feels like home in person.

How pricing works

Every quote starts with a room base price (set by typical room size and styling time in Northeast Ohio), then layers in individual rentals and styling pieces you select. Pricing is benchmarked against ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) standards and verified against local stagers in Akron, Canton, Cleveland, and the Greater Cleveland market — typically 15–25% below big-city pricing while delivering the same caliber of work.

All estimates are starting points. Final quote depends on home size, room count, and rental term. $150 deposit reserves your install date · 2 weeks rental included · $125/wk after.
